Recently, the company unveiled its ECoG Framework; a framework to provide guidance for clients to control the full lifecycle of content. The ECoG Framework defines four phases for the lifecycle of content over which every enterprise must get control to implement effective governance: initiation, creation, control and consumption. This structure makes it easier to define corporate policy, build quality content first time and to ensure it is used in the business to create value.
